Mondays 4:45pm 7:30pm

 Tuesdays 9:30aM 5:30pm

Wednesdays 5:30pm (a bit of a challenge)

Fridays 5:45pm

SATURDAYS 10am

What do I wear?

Please wear anything that is comfortable to exercise is. PLEASE remove your shoes at the entry area. No shoes are allowed on the studio floor so we can ensure a clean and safe practice area!

When should I arrive?

Being on time is very important. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class begins. Earlier is not necessary as another class is likely going on beforehand. Due to the nature of our studio, early departures from classes are not permitted. Please plan to be present for the entirety of your class.

What else should I know?

CELL PHONES: Please make sure your phone is OFF or on silent, and not on ring or vibrate.

Asking for help: We are here to guide you. If you are unsure of something, don't hesitate to ask questions!

Class Levels: Go at your own pace. Take classes that are appropriate for your level.
