WHAT CLIENTS HAVE TO SAY…
“I have been taking the reformer classes since the beginning and I have found that the total body work-out has strengthened my core and back which has helped me tremendously. Phoenix is very knowledgable and helpful in explaining the different exercises. Give it a try you won't be disappointed. Thank you Phoenix for brining the reformer to the studio and for offering a variety of classes!” -Beth
“We are so fortunate to have the opportunity to have Reformer training at the studio! There are literally a plethora of exercises that can be done on it which focus on strengthening and lengthening, in a non-impact setting. The “load” can be adjusted and modified to fit all capability levels. The small group setting provides a level for safely and effectively working on this equipment. Want improved balance, stability, strength and flexibility? Drop what you’re doing right now and sign up for upcoming Reformer trainings with our very own Phoenix!” -Sue
