A note from Phoenix…
Welcome, I am so grateful you are here.
I opened this studio at the ripe age of 24, as a yoga studio exclusively. It seems like a lifetime ago, as I’ve become a wife and mother of 2 wonderful children since then. This studio is also one of my babies. I take great pride in what we’ve built, and find so much fulfillment in both teaching and business ownership.
My undergrad degree is in Dance from The Hartt School. While there, I fell in love with, and got certified to teach Pilates. Years later, after having my daughter, my passion for practicing and teaching pilates took on new life as a way to facilitate a deeper connection to feeling like “me” again.
In 2018 we added Mat & Reformer Pilates to the studio, and since then I have been able to witness the transformation of so many clients, which is such a blessing.
I can’t wait to welcome you to our cozy and humble space!

Tidbits you may want to know about me:
500 Hour Yoga Instructor - I have taught 6 days a week for 12+ years!
I am a certified STOTT PILATES mat & reformer instructor and am trained in Chair as well. Being a forever student is highly important to me , so I regularly work 1:1 with a classically trained instructor to provide well rounded classes that blend classical and contemporary pilates insights.
I love reading and often disappear to the couch on Saturdays to do so! I don’t use my phone on Saturdays at all, so if you message me… I’ll get back to you when I’m back “on.”
I have a Masters Degree in Jewish Professional Studies which I pursued as a passion project.
