You will notice our schedule now has “Gentle,” “Moderate,” and “Vigorous” next to class names.

Gentle= A slower paced, mild practice appropriate for most levels. Moderate= A practice appropriate for most levels, with options to challenge yourself, as well as modifications to take it easy. Vigorous= appropriate for those who have a consistent intermediate level yoga practice.

**please make class cancellations via the Mindbody app or our online schedule. We require 12 hours notice for all cancellations.

Please be mindful of our cancellation policy: 

There is a 12 hour cancellation policy for all classes. Cancellations made after this window are non refundable, and the client will forfeit the class. Our policy exists to help you commit to your practice, to fairly compensate our teachers, and to cultivate a community of mutual respect between teacher & student. In an effort to spend less time glued to my phone, please do not text or email your cancellations. Please use mindbody whenever possible.
