Barre classes at our studio are an energizing, full body workout set to upbeat music influenced by ballet, pilates, and yoga. Phoenix utilizes her experience in all three areas to create unique classes unlike any other that are safe, effective, and rooted in technique. Strengthen your core, glutes, and arms while working up a little sweat!

No experience is necessary, and you do NOT need to be a dancer. Participants should be in good health and injury free. Barre is done barefoot or with grip socks.
