So you can have the best experience possible, please read our studio policies prior to your first visit.

Due to the nature of our studio we cannot accommodate late arrivals. It is important to be on time for class. We ask that you refrain from knocking on our door when class is in session.

The door unlocks 5-10 mins before class. No need to be any earlier, as another class may be in session, and time is needed to clean the space between classes.

Registration online ahead of time is required. We cannot accept walk in’s, nor in-studio payments. This allows us to focus on cleaning the space between classes. No spaces will be reserved unpaid.

Our cancellation window is 24 hours prior to class for yoga/mat/barre, and 36 for reformer. If you no show or late cancel, you will forfeit the class. Unlimited members will be charged the $20 drop in fee. No exceptions.

Additional policies:

  • Bring your own mat and any props you may need for class.

  • Shoes must be removed upon entry. No shoes on the practice floor at any time.

  • Do not put lotion, powder, or oil on your feet or body prior to coming to class. It creates a huge mess and SAFETY HAZARD on our floors.

  • Please leave bags & personal items you do not need for class hanging up with your coat. Excess items on the studio floor are a hazard.

  • Cell phones off. It’s a total bummer when you’re relaxing in savasana, and someone’s phone starts buzzing!

  • Ensure you are free of heavy scents/smoke that may irritate others with sensitivities.

Memberships reoccur either monthly or quarterly based on which option you are enrolled in. Memberships reoccur until we receive written notice to cancel within 14 days of the next scheduled payment. No refunds or extensions will be made.

All sales are final.

Thank you for your support and respect of our policies to keep our studio safe and peaceful!
