Pilates Reformer **

Reformer classes build core strength and stability, improve your posture, increase flexibility and balance, prevent injury, relieve stress, and tone your entire body. This type of workout gets you real results that are functional and maintainable. This class is ideal for those with some prior reformer experience. If you’re not sure if this class is right for you, please reach out to us prior to registering.

Reformer Essentials **

Learn the foundations of reformer, while also getting a full body workout. Strengthen the core, improve balance and enhance joint stability. This class is perfect for beginners, but is not easy by any means. Seasoned Pilates Reformer clients will also enjoy this class while fine tuning their practice utilizing the 5 basic principles of movement.

Cardio & Core Reformer ***

The same strength training you love with reformer, but now add in cardio! This class uses the cardio tramp, which is a trampoline type apparatus that is put in place of the foot bar. This workout is low impact for your joints, but high benefit for calorie burning & strengthening. This class is SO fun and simply has to be experienced to describe it.

Pilates Mat **

At our studio, Phoenix uses the STOTT PILATES® method as a foundation for her pilates classes, which is the contemporary approach to the classical method created by Joseph Pilates. STOTT PILATES®  is one of the safest methods of pilates, and focuses on restoring the natural curves of the spine with emphasis on functional breathing, pelvic and rib cage placement, scapular mobility and stability, and cervical placement.

If that all sounds intimidating, not to worry! What this means is you will experience a full body musculoskeletal conditioning workout that strengthens and lengthens. Modifications are always available, making this method accessible to all.
